Indulge in the goodness of our pork meatball recipe, perfect for any special occasion or when you’re craving a simple but delicious meal. While pork may produce slightly drier meatballs compared to beef, fear not! Our secret ingredients, like the egg and crumbled bread, work their magic by binding the pork together and keeping them moist.

Tip:  Before serving, consider adding your favourite pasta sauce for a classic combination or try something new and drizzle the meatballs with a honey and garlic sauce. The possibilities are endless!

Now, let's gather the ingredients you'll need:

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 slice bread, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 350g minced pork
  • 500ml beef broth

How to cook our pork meatball recipe, follow our simple method:

  1. Prepare your pork meatballs - In a bowl, combine the lightly beaten egg, crumbled bread slice, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, dried parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the minced pork over the mixture and mix thoroughly. Shape the mixture into ten 5cm meatballs - consistency here is important to ensure they cook evenly without drying out. 
  2. Bring the heat - Next, bring the beef broth to a boil in a saucepan. Carefully place the pork meatballs into the simmering broth, reduce the heat, cover, and let them gently simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the pork meatballs and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
  3. Time to serve and savour - Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the succulent pork meatballs from the broth. And the moment has arrived to savour these delicious and juicy pork meatballs!
