We have delicious chicken thighs fillets ready for you and your family to enjoy a traditional Lebanese cuisine with kebab and couscous.



  • 6 chicken thigh fillets
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 250 ml Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 190g couscous
  • 1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • ½ cup chopped mint
  • 250g cherry tomatoes chopped in halves
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • Greek yogurt
  • Pita bread


  1. Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl add chicken, garlic, sumac, coriander and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season the mix with salt and pepper and thread the chicken onto skewers.
  3. On high heat, heat a char-grill pan or a frying pan. Add in chicken skewers, turn and flip it for 5-7 minutes until chicken is golden.
  4. In a medium pan, boil the chicken stock over high heat. Later, remove from heat and add in couscous and stir.
  5. Place the couscous in a separate bowl with parsley, mint, onion, tomatoes, lemon juice and the remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place kebabs on top and serve with yogurt and pita bread.
