2. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees C (375° F).
3. Prepare the ham - cover the fully cooked ham with foil and set it into a roasting pan for 40 minutes. Make sure the ham is sitting on a rack cut side down.
4. Bring the flavour - crush the coriander, peppercorns and fennel.
5. Form the glaze - add your crushed ingredients into a bowl with the apricot preservatives so that a glaze will form.
6. Cook the ham - cover the ham with one-quarter of the glaze and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Then add another quarter of the glaze and bake for a further 15 minutes. Slice and serve with the rest of the glaze.
